that dress is super cool! And I think it takes some skill to brandish it because it has a lot going on. I vote for Colbie Smulders on the Elle cover, hands down. I feel like she rocked it simply enough for me.

Her hair is cocking out all over, her pink blush that is supposed to make her look flushed is too obvious and not fitting with her outfit, her neck collar chocker thing does not do any justice for itself or the dress, and although her nails and ring doesn't bother me, it all adds up to damn much. My vote is on Sienna Miller, she kept it simple

The french girl looked the best, I don't know if it's because she is cute but the dress suits her better and she brandished it best.
